IMPROVING READING SKILLS WITH KAHOOT


Achieving a high level of concentration in primary school, more specifically in the first cycle, can be very difficult, so if we propose a game that attracts the students' attention, we can achieve it without so much effort.


With the next Kahoot, we will review basic vocabulary such as colors, fruits and numbers. To do this, they will have to read both the questions and the answers, but they will need maximum silence and concentration to be able to complete it correctly.

 LISTENING, SINGING AND LEARNING! Learning vocabulary can be a bit boring, so if we make students feel attracted, they will pay more attention and learn better. Through listening and watching this colorful and fun video, children will learn essential vocabulary such as; animals, colors, the alphabet, numbers... Besides, they can watch it at home too since it's on YouTube. If they see it both at home and in class, they will feel more familiar and acquire knowledge in a simpler way. Later, to see if they have learned something, we could use activities like this one that I created in the Quizizz app.

 ARE WE STUDYING? On many occasions, family relationships can be a hassle for the little ones. Here we can find a very entertaining video , as well as an application in which we find a very easy interactive game to clarify doubts. If you do not have a computer for all students, the following sheet would also be a very useful and easy option.
